Your HYROX charity ticket came with a discount, and it has one condition: you need to hit your minimum fundraising target.
What happens if I don't reach the minimum fundraising commitment?
You will still be able to participate in your HYROX race, even if you don't hit your minimum fundraising target. However, you risk being blacklisted from future HYROX Charity tickets, which have limited availability and support causes which need as much support as we can give them.
Important: If you are unable to race (e.g. due to injury or other circumstances) and do not participate in the event, you will not be blacklisted for not meeting your fundraising minimum. If this applies to you, we recommend contacting HYROX to request that your ticket is invalidated, which will also remove the fundraising requirement. See our guidance on ticket changes here.
What if I'm fundraising as part of a Doubles or Relay team?
Your team has one combined fundraising minimum, and the commitment is shared across the whole team rather than tracked separately for each person. If one teammate is behind on their share but the team overall reaches the minimum, the team has met its commitment.
If the team as a whole doesn't reach the combined minimum, the blacklist risk applies to the whole team, not just to individual members.

What if my ticket is transferred to someone else, or I take over someone else's ticket?
The fundraising commitment travels with the ticket. If you take over a ticket from someone else, you take on the fundraising target attached to that ticket — and any donations already raised are transferred with it, counting towards your commitment, so you don't start from zero.

The minimum shown on my profile doesn't look right
The correct fundraising minimums for reach region are displayed at raceforimpact.com/terms. If the minimum shown on your race's profile doesn't match what you expect from our terms page, message us with your fundraising page link and we'll correct it.
What can I do to hit the target?
The good news? Hitting your target is easier than you think. Just send your profile link to friends and family with a quick note on why you're racing. Many racers are surprised at how quickly they are able to reach their goal. If you don't quite meet the minimum, you can always top up with a personal contribution.
