If you haven't received our welcome email with your activation link, then please check your spam/junk folder for an email from [email protected].
If you still don't see it, then contact us at [email protected] or via our chat support widget. Let us know the email that you used to buy the ticket, and the city that you're racing in, and we'll look into it for you.
In the meantime, you can also enter your email address at raceforimpact.com/login, to receive another email with a link to activate your profile.
I bought a Macmillan Cancer Charity HYROX ticket
Please note that if you purchased a Macmillan Cancer Charity ticket to a UK HYROX event, then this is a separate program not affiliated with Race for Impact. You should contact Macmillan for more information about your fundraising process.
I don't have a HYROX charity ticket
If you haven't yet purchased a HYROX charity ticket, then you should look for charity tickets at upcoming HYROX races at https://hyrox.com/find-my-race/.
If you have purchased a regular (non-charity) HYROX ticket, and would like to fundraise on that ticket, then please follow our guidance here.
