Any updates that HYROX make to your ticket (e.g. name changes or cancellations) should flow through automatically to your Race for Impact profile. So if you change the name/email on your ticket, then those should also change on your Race for Impact profile.
If your ticket has already been cancelled or transferred by HYROX, and your Race for Impact profile hasn't been deactivated or transferred automatically, then please contact [email protected]. Please describe your situation (including screenshots of HYROX confirmation, and new racer names and emails) and request a response from a member of our customer support team. We will be able to fix this for you!
