This applies to all ticket changes, including requests to cancel, change racer name or event, or to convert charity tickets to non-charity tickets.
We unfortunately can't advise on whether HYROX will grant your request, as this depends on your ticket type and circumstances.
If HYROX have already processed a change or cancellation to your ticket which has not been reflected in your fundraising profile, then please follow our advice here to inform us so that we can fix it for you!
