Why doesn't Race for Impact have a booth or team at HYROX races?

Why we are not physically present at HYROX events, how you can still get recognised for your fundraising on race day, and how to reach us.

Race for Impact is a global charity partnership between HYROX and High Impact Athletes (HIA), the non-profit that runs the programme. HYROX holds a large number of races every season across many countries, and we do not have a booth, stand or on-site team at them.

Why not?

We would love to be at every race to meet our Impact Racers, take photos with you and celebrate what you have raised. But sending a team to every event, with a stand, travel and staff, is expensive and time-consuming. We run Race for Impact deliberately lean so that as much as possible of every dollar, euro or pound you raise goes to the charities rather than to our own overheads. Showing up at every race is not the most cost-effective use of those resources, and it would pull our small team away from our number one priority: delivering maximum impact for the causes you are fundraising for.

We hear you on recognition

We know that many of you would like to see the causes, and the athletes fundraising for them, get more visibility on race weekend. We agree, and we are exploring with HYROX how Race for Impact fundraisers can be better recognised at events without the cost of a physical presence. We will share updates with the community as they are confirmed.

How you can be seen on race day

In the meantime, there is a lot you can do to raise awareness of your fundraising and the causes you are supporting:
