We encourage you to meet your minimum fundraising target by race day to avoid the risk of being blacklisted from future HYROX events.
If you are unable to race and do not participate in the event, you will not be blacklisted for not meeting your fundraising minimum. In this case, we recommend contacting HYROX to request that your ticket is invalidated. See our guidance here.
If you'd like to keep fundraising beyond race day, your page will remain live and able to accept donations. Note that your final cutoff for meeting your fundraising minimum is 1 week after the event.
Donations that take longer to appear
Some donations are added to your page by hand, so allow time before the cutoff:
Instagram fundraiser donations can take up to 2 weeks to appear while the feature is in beta. If you're within a week of race day and they still aren't showing, message us with your Instagram handle. See Can I fundraise on Instagram?
Bank transfers and employer matches are added once you send us the details, typically within a few days. See My donation isn't showing on my fundraising profile.
Off pace?
Start with the two fastest wins: a donation to your own page, and personal messages to people who you know will back you. Then reach more people with a Photo Lab image (see How do I use Photo Lab to share my fundraising?) and an Instagram fundraiser. Every tool is listed in What tools does Race for Impact give me to help my fundraising?, and you can message us through the chat on our site if you'd like help with a plan.
