In order to take any of the actions described below, you'll first need to be logged in to your fundraising profile. You can do this by entering the email address connected to your HYROX charity ticket at http://raceforimpact.com/login, then clicking the login link sent to your email. That link will likely take you to your Dashboard page, from which you can navigate to any of the pages linked below, and remain logged in. For more info on logging in, see our advice here.

You can easily update your fundraising profile's Name, Cause Area, Photo and Motivation by navigating to your profile page (once logged in), and clicking the 'Edit Profile' button that appears below your name.

Note that for Doubles and Relay teams, only the team captain (i.e. the team member who bought the HYROX ticket) will be able to update their team's information, by following the steps above. Team members will only be able to update their own personal info. Updates to the team's Cause Area will flow through to each team member's profile.

If changing your Cause Area, note that all donations will be attributed to the Cause Area on your profile at the time of the donation.

You can update your profile's Fundraising Goal, by returning to the raceforimpact.com/activate page (while logged in), and completing the activation form with your new goal set. If you've already activated your profile then don't worry, completing the Activate form again won't have any effect on the donations you've already received, it's just a simple way to update your profile.

Note that for Doubles and Relay teams, only the team captain (i.e. the team member who bought the HYROX ticket) will be able to update their team's goal, by following the steps above.

You can update the email address attached to your Race for Impact fundraising profile, by navigating to raceforimpact.com/account#details (once logged in - see advice above). Enter your updated email address, and click ‘Update details’.

Important: Any changes made to your Race for Impact fundraising profile (e.g. the name or email attached to the profile) do not update the details on your HYROX charity ticket. See our advice here about changing your HYROX ticket. Note that HYROX handle all ticketing and event logistics, and so the details on your HYROX ticket will ultimately govern who is able to complete the race.

However, note that if you have updated the details on your HYROX ticket itself (e.g. updating the name or email attached to your ticket), then that should flow through to your Race for Impact fundraising profile. See our full advice about this here.
