Your QR code is available from your dashboard page at raceforimpact.com/dashboard. Log in at raceforimpact.com/login using the email linked to your HYROX charity ticket, navigate to raceforimpact.com/dashboard, and look for the QR code option there.
To download it, tap Download (or View). On an iPhone in Safari, this normally opens Safari's own file-download confirmation — you need to tap "Download" inside that popup before the image saves. Once it's saved, you'll find it in your device's Downloads or Files app, ready to share or print.
If nothing happens when you tap Download:
Try a different browser, or try from a computer instead of a phone.
Clear your browser's cache, or try a different browser on the same device.
Fully close and reopen your browser, then go back to the QR code page and try again.
If you're fundraising as part of a Doubles or Relay team, each participant has their own individual profile and QR code linked to their individual page. If you're after a QR code for the shared team page and can't find one, message us here and we'll help.
