If your fundraising page won't load, shows a blank screen, or comes up as "non-existent," work through these steps in order.
Check you're using your own public page link, not the login/dashboard link. A link like raceforimpact.com/dashboard is only visible when you're logged in, so anyone else opening it will just be asked to log in. Log in at raceforimpact.com/login, open your public profile page, and copy the link from your browser's address bar while viewing that page.
If you're sharing a donation link (for example a tax-deductible donation link), make sure it's the correct language/region version. Sharing the wrong-language version of a link can cause "page can't be found" errors, or even trigger a phishing warning, for people in a different region.
Try a different browser, or open the page in private/incognito mode. If that doesn't help, clear your browser's cache and try again. This resolves most blank-page or stuck-loading issues.
