There's no option on your fundraising page to edit or remove a donor's comment yourself. If a comment is inappropriate or doesn't align with HYROX's community guidelines or the charity's values, contact us via the chat widget or at [email protected] with the details below, and we'll remove it.
What to send
To locate and remove the comment as quickly as possible, please include:
The email address associated with your fundraising profile or team
The donor's name, or the exact wording of the comment
A screenshot of the comment, if you have one
Send us these details, and we'll take the comment down as quickly as we can - typically within a few days.
If you're the donor and would like your own comment edited or removed, message us with the same details and we'll sort it out.
