First, check that HYROX support is the right place. To check availability or buy a ticket, go to hyrox.com/find-my-race; the ticket options on each event page show what is still on sale. The support form below is for problems with a ticket you already have (name changes, cancellations, missing tickets and similar).
To contact HYROX, go to support.hyrox.com and select your country and event. Then choose the topic that best matches your issue (for example, Cancellations). If no topic matches your query, choose 'Charity Tickets'. This leads to a form where you can email the HYROX team directly.
Please note that response times and answers from that form are determined entirely by the HYROX team, not Race for Impact.
