How can my employer match my donations through its workplace giving platform?

E.g. Benvity, Fidelity/NetBenefits, etc.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Most employers handle donation matching and payroll giving through their internal giving portal. You typically need to provide the correct organisation details and, in some cases, your donation receipt.

We are currently registered to accept workplace and payroll giving through Benevity and Fidelity/NetBenefits. If your employer uses a different platform, contact [email protected] with the platform name - we're actively expanding our registrations and can advise on next steps.

1. Find High Impact Athletes in your employer's portal

Search using one of the following:

  • Organisation name: High Impact Athletes

  • US EIN: 87-3955308

  • Benevity Cause ID: 840-873955308 (Benevity only)

2. Submit your matching request

Log in to your employer's giving portal, search for High Impact Athletes using the details above, and submit the match request. If your platform requires proof of donation, upload your receipt at this stage.

Portal interfaces vary, but the process is consistent: find the organisation → attach proof of donation (if required) → request the match.

3. Locate your donation receipt (if required)

Some platforms require you to upload a donation receipt. You will have received one via email for any donation you've made. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or search for emails from [email protected].
