Employer matching through Benevity is designed to be straightforward. Most companies handle the entire process inside their own Benevity giving portal, and all you need to do is provide them with the correct organisation details and your donation receipt.

Below is everything required to ensure your match is processed smoothly.

1. Provide your employer with our Benevity details

Cause ID: 840-873955308

Legal name: High Impact Athletes

US EIN: 87-3955308

Address: 16192 COASTAL HIGHWAY, Lewes, Delaware, 19958-0000, USA

Your employer uses this information to locate and verify High Impact Athletes in the Benevity system.

2. How to submit a matching request

Instruction: Log in to your employer’s giving portal, search for High Impact Athletes using the Benevity Cause ID, upload your donation receipt, and submit the match request.

Each company’s portal looks slightly different, but the workflow is the same: find the organisation → attach proof of your donation → request the match.

3. Where to find your donation receipt

You will have received a donation receipt via email for any donations that you have made.

This original automated receipt is the document employers require for matching. If you can’t locate it, check your spam folder or search for emails from [email protected].
