Why was there a platform fee added to my donation?

Raisely, the fundraising platform which powers Race for Impact, adds an optional toggle to all donation forms, to cover the platform's costs with a small additional payment (see the screenshot below). Your donors can choose to de-select this option if they wish. Note that we are unable to refund this additional payment after the donation is made.
