I have cancelled my ticket or transferred it to a friend - how can I deactivate/transfer my fundraising profile?
We are creating a process to handle these ticket updates automatically. If your ticket has already been cancelled or transferred by HYROX, and your Race for Impact profile hasn't been deactivated or transferred automatically, then please contact info@raceforimpact.com, describe your situation and request a response from a member of our customer support team.
